Claddaugh also purchased a set of jerseys for Columbus Rugby (Scioto Valley Rugby) Club in Winter 2011 and has continued its support for the club by hosting fund raisers several times in the past year. We will have several fund-raising events Claddagh throughout the coming year.

The fund-raisers generate funds which support The Columbus Rugby Club in central Ohio, whereas funds would be utilized to promote rugby awareness to the local high schools as well as support the men's and women's clubs by funding for over-and-above general operating expenses, such as fields use, promotions of referee education, and travel expenses for playoff teams.

The easiest way to get to Claddagh is by heading towards downtown Columbus from any major thru-way:

FROM WEST: (the pitch), take I-70 EAST and exit at FRONT ST / HIGH ST. Take an immediate right onto S. Front St. and proceed a quarter mile until you see Claddagh on the right. Park in the back in the Kroger parking lot.

FROM NORTH: From I-71 merge with I-70 West, take 4th St. / HIGH ST. exit, whatever is easiest. Get SOUTH of I-70, and make your way west to S. Front St. via BLEMKER or another road, then head south, and Claddagh should be right there.

FROM Rt 315: Head downtown and take I-70 EAST and follow the "FROM WEST" directions.
