How your money is used by The Columbus Rugby Club

All payments under $125.01 will go to The Columbus Rugby Club (club operations) account handled by the club player officers. This money is used for socials, refs, paint, and other field equipment.
Checks to the Club account make out to: Scioto Valley Rugby

All payments over $125 will go to the Old Boys / Board of Trustees account held by Brent Hinz / Tony Konczak. Your participation in donating to the Old Boys is encouraged as we will use the money towards setting up our 501c3 account (currently in progress). When the 501c3 is established, all money will go into one account handled by the Board of Trustees.

Your Club Donations / Fees Details

One time match / social fee
Is for players who are not current with the club as a dues playing member but have made themselves available for a match and are contributing towards their match & social fee for the day.

Social / Booster donation / fees
Are for those who would like to come to socials as a guest of the club outside of actually playing with the club. You would be added to our email list and be informed of home matches and other social events with the club. As a social / booster donation, you will receive a Club tee-shirt, in stock or from future tee-shirt run that we make.

Rookie Dues
Are currently $52 ($50 + $2) w/PayPal fee assessed. This fee is for your first 2 seasons, whereas your spring season is $50 and your fall season is $50.

Veteran Dues
Are currently $104 ($100 + $4) w/PayPal fee assessed

Youth Rugby
Contributions are for those who would like to sponsor kids at $40/each into the program. Funds contributed for the program may also go towards supplies and equipment used in the events.

Old Boy Player Dues Sponsorship
Is for those Old Boys who would like to pay for dues of a current player who does not have a job or current means to pay for their dues. Please check with the coach or officer of the club before paying for a dues sponsorship.

Old Boy Dues / Invoice Payments
Are currently made to the Old Boys account using this form for payments over $125.
