SVRFC Email Notice: 10/14/09. Hall of Fame Recap Scioto Valley members,
First off, I'd like to thank all of you that signed up for the Hall of Fame Banquet and attended as it was a HUGE success again with the turnout of Old Boys, Actives and their wives and girlfriends with over 70 in attendance. We had just the right amount of food and drinks, so Yohan and I appreciated the advance notice as that helped us get a more accurate head count for the food. Without a clubhouse, this event over the past year has been bringing the club back together where the Old Boys are starting to meet the young Actives and the Actives are getting to know more about our history and it's former players. It also doesn't hurt when we get at least 8 Old Boys playing alongside the Actives in the B-game.

In order to have the Black Wind shirts by 11/12, I will be placing the order on 10/23 (next Friday), so it's still not too late to pay your Old Boy's dues and get your order in. Please send your $100 check made out to Central Ohio Rugby Association with your Wind Shirt size on the memo line and send it to me at:
